About My Approach

In our Private Coaching sessions, I use a relational approach called NARM (the neuroaffective relational model). With this model, we stay on the thread of what you want for yourself, while looking at what is getting in the way.

What gets in the way is often tied to our past experiences. It shows up as anxiety, depression, agitation, and unhelpful patterns. In our sessions, we will get to the root cause of these issues.

We heal these limiting patterns together, in the present moment, allowing old emotions to complete.

This frees up energy + space in your body and brain for you. For your own choices — and not ones based on old patterns.
